Challenge:
The renovation required the existing space to be transformed into a practical fitness facility while supporting different workout zones. The MEP systems also needed to accommodate lighting, ventilation, cooling, and electrical requirements for a space with high occupancy and intensive equipment use.
Solution
We carried out the Interior Renovation & MEP System Installation, creating a clean and functional layout for cardio and workout areas, locker facilities, reception, and circulation spaces. Lighting, electrical, air-conditioning, and other MEP services were integrated into the renovated interior to support comfort, safety, and daily gym operations.
