The main challenge was to transform the existing room into a modern and functional meeting space while maintaining a formal atmosphere suitable for official meetings. The design also required careful coordination between the interior finishes and MEP systems.

Solution

We carried out the Interior Fit-out, Renovation & MEP works, including wall finishes, decorative features, ceiling works, lighting, electrical systems, and air-conditioning. The materials, lighting, and finishes were carefully coordinated to create a balanced and professional environment.
